ISIS Mosul governor killed in air strike

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region—The Islamic State (ISIS) governor of Mosul was killed along with three other leaders today in a US airstrike, said a Kurdish official in the area.

Ismat Rajab, a Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the Mosul region told Rudaw, “We have 100% information that Radhwan Hamdouni known as Abu Laith was killed today and his burial procession is underway right now.”

Rajab said that three other ISIS leaders, one of them a Saudi national, were also killed in the airstrike in the Mushayrafa area of Mosul.
