In this video a group of Kurdish Peshmerga soldiers are seen trying to persuade an ISIS militant to come out of a house and surrender himself.
They reassure him, saying: "We won't kill you. Come out."
One soldier yells to the hiding militant: "Come, your friends are with me. They've surrendered. His name is Hazim Minuh. Abu Mustafa is also with us."
After he walks out of the house, the soldiers tell him to pull up his shirt to make sure he is not wearing a suicide vest. The militants does that, then says: "Don't be afraid. I won't blow myself up."
He then tells the Kurdish soldiers who ask him if there are other militants inside the house: "There are three or maybe four inside. They're still alive. They don't want to surrender."
The video was provided to Rudaw by the Kurdish forces in Bashiqa.
