AL-MASARIF, Iraq--As residents show signs of victory to Rudaw's cameras, an ISIS mortar attack targets a convoy of Iraqi forces and civilians injuring three people who have sustained light injuries. The attack happened on Wednesday in Mosul's northeastern district of Masarif, recently liberated but the process to clear the area from explosives was still going on. The Iraqi army says it has liberated 23 districts in Mosul since the launch of the Mosul offensive 46 days ago.
