ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Two women have been killed and another civilian injured in an explosion on Tuesday morning at an Arbaeen vigil in Khanaqin, Iraq’s Dyala Governorate.

The Sunni militant group ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack.
