Turkish jets strike Kurdistan’s Bradost region

SORAN, Kurdistan Region – Turkish jets are bombarding areas in Sidakan district’s Bradost region of the Kurdistan Region, near the borders with Turkey and Iran.

Turkish planes bombed Hishma, Shushna, Mount Band, and Mount Sork, Rudaw’s correspondent in Soran Bakhtiyar Qadir reported. 

There are no immediate reports of casualties.

Turkey regularly carries out air raids against alleged PKK positions in the Kurdistan Region. The PKK has its headquarters in Kurdistan’s Qandil mountains.
