LALISH, Kurdistan Region – Yezidi children, rescued from ISIS, are praying for the safe return of their family members at Lalish temple during the Jamaya Sheikhadi festival

Seventeen year old Wafa spent three years under ISIS. She said it is important for her to return to her religion to show ISIS that their faith is pure and Yezidis will never abandon their religion.
