This week we witnessed the biggest leak in history, known as the Panama papers.More than 11 million leaked documents show that 12 heads of state are among 143 rich politicians and close associates who own offshore bank accounts or companies.

This has been a major scandal for figures from Europe to the Middle East to Russia, who are seen as having attempted to hide their money or avoid paying millions of dollars in taxes to their home countries. Who are these people? Are any American, Middle Eastern, Iraqi, or Kurdish leaders involved?

Finally, will the Panama papers be a major election issue in the US? This will be covered in the second part of our discussion on the foreign policy agendas of the remaining US presidential candidates.

Who is the best candidate to deal with the threat of ISIS? And what do they say about the Kurds and the role they play in the war against the terror group?

To discuss this subject, I am joined by:

Michael Isikoff - Chief investigative correspondent, Yahoo News, and author, specializing in national security, terrorism, money and politics. He is the co-author of 'Hubris: The Inside Story of Spin, Scandal and the Selling of the Iraq War'.

Matthew Kroenig - Associate Professor of Government and Foreign Service and International Relations Field Chair in the Department of Government at Georgetown University. He specializes in nuclear weapons and security.
