MOSCOW — Relations between Russia and the West have been under increased strain since violence has escalated in eastern Ukraine.
Russia has blamed Kiev for the deterioration, saying it has provoked Moscow ahead of the ongoing G7 summit in Germany, and Ukraine accuses Moscow of preparing for a possible full-scale invasion.
In the above video, Julia Lyubova reports for Rudaw from the embattled Lugansk region in the war-torn east Ukraine.
