ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - After the fall of the Ba'ath regime, a resident from Dibaga of Makhmour district turned his home, which had been demolished by the regime, into a cultural center containing around 2,000 cultural artifacts.

The center covers an area of 1,000 square meters and includes three halls and a large garden. Locals gather to take part in traditional games, ride horses, dance, sing, and play musical instruments together.
