ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – At least three Turkish policemen were killed and eight others wounded when a suspected ISIS militant blew himself up in the Turkish city of Gaziantep Sunday during a police operation.
CNN Turk, which reported the incident, said several ambulances were spotted heading to the site of the explosion. It quoted the Gaziantep governor as saying that at least three police were killed and eight others wounded.
The report said that an ISIS bomber was hiding in a house in the southeastern city that police suspected was an ISIS hideout. He blew himself up as police were storming the hideout.
