Hoza'a Sherif, Lebanon ambassador to Iraq, dies at 54

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The Lebanese Ambassador to Iraq, Hoza'a Sherif, died  on Wednesday after a long battle with cancer at the American-Lebanese University Hospital, the Lebanese National News Agency announced.

According to the agency, his burial procession will be held on Thursday at 10am from the Beirut- Semaan Galleria intersection to his hometown of Yammouna where he will be buried. 

Hoza'a Sherif, 54, had been the Lebanon ambassador to Iraq for nine years, two months ago he returned to Lebanon for receiving medical treatments.
