MAKHMOUR, Kurdistan Region – A delegation of the Democratic Youth Community of Europe (DEMYC) visited the Peshmerga on the Gwer-Makhmour front to learn about the Kurdish force and the challenges they face in the war against ISIS.

The delegation from 13 countries aimed to learn what their governments can do to support the Peshmerga.

“We think Europe is not doing enough, we should supply (the Peshmerga) with more weapons, with more strong moral power, political solutions, take off the embargo," DEMYC Chairman  Xavier Hurtado Mira told Rudaw.
