317 Peshmerga from Rojava [Kurdistan of Syria] received training at Xenes military camp.

The Peshmerga underwent two months of training and will join the Roj Brigade, part of the Zeravani Peshmerga. Today they graduated.

The Syrian National Council attended such a training course for the first time.

The Council assumes Rojava Peshmerga as part of its force. The Roj Brigade consists of two units and they are part of the Zeravani Peshmerga.

The attendees of the course were chosen among 3,000 applicants from Rojava. Another training course for new recruits will begin soon.
