Iraqi policeman: Someone who hates ISIS helped me escape

Recently, four Islamic State (ISIS) militants managed to flee the group in Mosul and reached Peshmerga frontlines. One of the escapees spoke to Rudaw in an exclusive interview. He said they paid $100 each to be smuggled out of ISIS territory.

The four militants are in the custody of the Peshmerga, being investigated for their ties to the terrorist group.
