Zalmay Khalilzad, a former American diplomat and a counselor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and president of Khalilzad Associates, an international business consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., speaks in Erbil at a conference on the role of the private sector in Kurdistan’s Economic Development. Khalilzad was also the US ambassador to Iraq from 2005 to 2007.
