The 120 Meter highway project was added to Erbil's master plan in 2005
It is the outermost of the ring roads that circle the city
with the historic Erbil Citadel at the centre
It is 38 km long
Work on the road started in early 2013
The project took 4 years and two months
It was completed three months ahead of schedule
