My name is Abdulfatah Abdulhamed. I am from Balkha village in Hawraman. I was born in this village. I have been working as a beekeeper for a couple of years. I have benefited a lot from this work. Not as much as I expected, but it was good. Hawraman’s honey is the best due to the fruit trees and good nature of Hawraman. I don’t mean to pamper Hawraman, but it’s a good and suitable place for beekeeping. It has clean water. Now I check the bees to see what they need and if they have any diseases. Bees must go and find food, you should not feed them sugar. Some people give sugar to their bees. If you feed them sugar, the honey will not be good. You must keep the bees in a good place. Some people buy the honey as medicine. So if you feed the bees sugar it won’t good. Here is mountainous. We have flowers until July, so the bees get the most of it. Our mountain region is full of flowers and bees are dependent on flowers.
