WASHINGTON DC, USA – The ability of the various forces in Iraq – Kurd, Sunni, Shia – to work together militarily to liberate Mosul and how this will affect political collaboration in the future was discussed by Anthony Shaffer, a former intelligence officer with the US Army, and Nabeel Khouri, a senior Middle East fellow at the Atlantic Council, with Rudaw’s Washington bureau chief Namo Abdulla on Monday.
